Development is flexible, i.e. follows your wishes. The single development stages could look like this:
Product development stage 1: Creation of the concept
What is our task?
Together with you, we identify and define the specifics and requirements for the desired drive. We then design a drive concept with the most important technical components. In the next step, we create a concept model and calculate the expected series price.

- The expected series price
- A roadmap with the development milestones and time schedule.
Product development stage 2: Development of the drive
What is our task?
In this stage we calculate the performance, rigidity and service life for the defined concept. The drive components are determined in detail. We design the overall drive and create parts lists and costing.
What do we deliver?
- The technical data of the overall drive
- Prototype and highly precise series prices
- 3D data of the drive
- Depending on our agreement, we hand over all design data
What does it cost?
If you wish to have all the design documents, we invoice our time and effort. If you order a prototype and the outlook for series production is favorable, we may consider some of the costs as an investment in a common future. Let’s talk about it.
Product development stage 3: Prototype creation
What is our task?
We generate the production specifications for the components and order the necessary materials and standard parts. We manufacture the components and assemble the gears. Finally, the new prototype drives are put through their paces.
What do we deliver?
Prototype drives, which you can install immediately in your application.
Product development stage 4: Preparation of series production
What is our task?
Our departments are excellently equipped for production. However, sometimes cases may require additional preparations, for example: Procurement of tools and fixtures, procurement of casting models (if required) or further design modifications based on the experience made with the prototype parts.

What is our task?
We schedule your requirements in line with our series production and take care of everything that is necessary
